Description

NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Eastern Urban/Rural Zones and inviting interested proponents to submit proposals for the supply, installation and management of two platforms for access to Television Services:

A hardware platform at the bedside for Eastern Health Urban/Rural sites
An Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service platform for the New Acute Mental Health and Addictions Facility (NAMHAF)

This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. Solutions for this RFP will have to meet standards for mental health and addictions facilities.

NLHS’ objective is to provide an enhanced patient experience, streamlining patient and hospital process. These platforms will use the latest technology to provide access to television services for patients.

The term of the agreement(s) will be for a contract period of ten (10) years with one (1) option to extend for an additional five (5) years.
